Missoum: Former correspondent of the Algerian newspapers “Alger Républicain” and “Le Matin” (that has been suspended since then) as well as of the Algerian french-speaking radio station Chaîne III, Missoum is currently writing as a journalist for the online newspaper "Agoravox". He is also one of the founding members of the Algerian League of Human Rights and a member of Germany’s Support
Council for the Freedom of the Press
in Algeria.
Missoum is a born orator. He declaims his poems in a charming slightly old-fashioned way. His face expresses every word and he interprets in a very theatrical way the works that he reads aloud for the audience.
